PT Adicipta Bangun Mandiri (ABM Jakarta) recruits Indonesian officers, ratings and cadets for international ship owners and managers. We look for seafarers with the right certificates, sea experience and attitude, and we prepare them carefully before they join their vessels.
Deck and engine officers, ratings, cooks and cadets for merchant vessels, and hotel and deck crew for passenger ships. You need valid certificates for the rank you apply for, together with a valid seaman book and passport.
Tankers, bunker vessels, offshore boats, bulk carriers, container ships and passenger ships operated by ship owners and managers around the world.
Before you join, we check your documents and arrange your medical examination, travel and visas. Pre-joining training includes Maritime English and ISM familiarisation.
ABM has supplied Indonesian seafarers to international shipping companies since 2002. Our recruitment and placement service is verified by Lloyd’s Register Asia as compliant with MLC 2006 Regulation 1.4, and our management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by LRQA.
We also handle the visas you need to join your vessel, including US crew visas.
