PT. Adicipta Bangun Mandiri, Established in 1996, operates as a general marine supplier and service for both national and international trading companies. In the beginning of operation, we supplied ships’ logistics, ships’ spare parts, and the like to national shipping companies. Supported by strong management system and qualified staff, we have succeeded to gain number of partnerships in maritime industry. We then established division of seafarers agency for foreign companies since August 2002 to anticipate various competent seafarers demands from international shipping companies.
PT. Adicipta Bangun Mandiri (ABM JAKARTA) continues to grow ever day thanks to the confidence our clients have in us. We cover many maritime industries such as port agent, ship agent, suplying seafarer to Tanker, Bunker, Boat, Bulk Carrier, and Container.

PT Adicipta Bangun Mandiri, has implemented a Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, Quality Standards Services valuation models and ILO MLC-2006 Reg1.4 Recruitment and Placement of Seafarers as a basis for the company’s operationa process and activities to achieve the main goals the best services, to ensure that easy for seafarers to access the recruitment and placement services system and avoiding the practice of “BLACK LIST” Our goal is becoming a company with great competitive and professional on supplying Qualified of Indonesian seafarer’s by focusing to the principals “Satisfied” through the best services with constant drive.

- To keep the principals always satisfied by providing qualified seafarers comply to the international mandatory standards requirements; Convention ILO MLC-2006 Code, IMO Convention such as STCW 1978 Amendment;
- To provide quality services with continuous improvement to meet principals expectations and satisfaction;
