PT Adicipta Bangun Mandiri was established in 1996 as a general marine supplier serving national and international shipping companies. In our early years we supplied ship provisions, spare parts and related services to national shipping companies. Backed by a strong management system and qualified staff, we built partnerships across the maritime industry, and in August 2002 we established our seafarer agency division to meet the growing demand for competent seafarers from international shipping companies.
PT Adicipta Bangun Mandiri (ABM Jakarta) continues to grow thanks to the confidence our clients place in us. Today we supply seafarers for tankers, bunker vessels, offshore boats, bulk carriers and container ships, and we also support port and ship agency work.
To be recognised as a world-class manning and crewing agency, committed to providing quality seafarers through continuous development and improvement, and to supplying competent seafarers to international shipping companies in full compliance with national and international regulations.
Quality Policy
PT Adicipta Bangun Mandiri has implemented a Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015 and MLC 2006 Regulation 1.4 (Recruitment and Placement of Seafarers) as the basis for all company processes. We aim to deliver the best service, make recruitment and placement easy for seafarers to access, and avoid any “black list” practice. Our goal is to be a competitive and professional supplier of qualified Indonesian seafarers, focused on our principals’ satisfaction through consistently excellent service.
